My Mission
The main ingredient of your business is purpose.
✨ Investors will back you because you have a strong vision.
✨ Clients will buy from you because you stand for something meaningful.
✨ Employees will follow you because you are building something bigger and better. Everyone needs a purpose. There is something powerful about being part of a cause that truly matters — it makes you feel that you matter. The question is: How do you instill purpose in everything you do? And if you are already purpose-driven, how do you ensure you do not stifle it with bureaucracy? The answer is counterintuitive: it is not about what you do, but about what you do not do. You do not impose total control, because then:
💥 the process becomes more important than the purpose;
💥 avoiding risk becomes more important than doing what is right;
💥 how things look like becomes more important than what they really are. Then, what will this be — this operational system you need to employ — that leaves room for autonomy, agility, authenticity, creativity, innovation, ownership, decision-making, self-improvement, belonging? That is where I come in. I build this system with you — because it is different for everyone. Your operation is driven not only by your specific purpose, but also by your personal and business values, company culture, organizational structure, leadership style, external regulations, and much more. In addition, your operational system must move you forward, i.e., manage your daily work while improving quality, performance, scalability, resilience. And why do I do this? Because I want to live in a world where people have purpose in their lives. Just imagine what a world that could be: a place where passion fuels progress and successful businesses shape vibrant communities. Join me on this journey.
My Approach
A company’s biggest strength is in why it exists. By putting things in order and in perspective, I help individuals and businesses align their activities toward achieving their true purpose. My approach is based on three pillars:
Purpose & Values
What we do is who we are. Revolving the organization around what it stands for, what change it wants to bring to this world, and why all of it matters.
System Thinking
It is not just about patching things up for the next process audit; it is about long-term success. Looking holistically to establish sustainability and continuous improvement of the whole system.
Continuous Improvement
There is no end stop on the road to getting better. Equipping all strategies for the long game, and turning this into a competitive advantage.
