Step 1: You and I discuss your business goals, how you want to achieve them, and why that presents a challenge at the moment.

Step 2: I engage with your team to understand your organization better.

Step 3: I analyze my findings and present to you what I have identified as operational and organizational impediments towards achieving your goals.

Step 4: I design a holistic, long-term, flexible, and scalable management solution that addresses these impediments.

Step 5: Together with you and your team, I implement the designed solution in your organization, measure and analyze the results, and improve the solution as needed. I also coach you and your team on process thinking and on how to continuously maintain and improve the solution.

My background:

‍I have spent the last 20+ years leading Business Process Management (BPM) projects and programs of all types and scopes.

I have worked with Software & IT organizations that have had hundreds of clients and partners, thousands of employees, and millions of users.

My project teams have consisted of key people from all domains and hierarchical levels across the organization, including but not limited to CxO/VP.

My BPM toolset covers Agile, 6-Sigma/TQM, QMS (ISO 9001), CMMI (A-SPICE), ITIL, PMBoK, Prosci, Self-Management, and others.

I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), with a specialization in Management Information Systems (MIS). I have also completed the MIT xPRO course in System Thinking.

I am a certified Agile, Scrum, and SAFe Consultant, Process Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1), Functional Safety Engineer (ISO 26262), A-SPICE Provisional Assessor, ITIL Practitioner, Prosci Change Manager, etc.
