My Mission
Organizations today operate in a VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous). Yet, traditional management, which is still widely used, was designed to solve a completely different problem: increasing efficiency. That is precisely why traditional management can no longer support businesses in achieving their goals. And it is not just businesses that are affected; people struggle too. A staggering 85% of employees hate their jobs. This has become so common that it is already accepted as normal, but it has severe consequences for both individuals and businesses. As a Management Consultant & Coach, I work to address these challenges in two key ways: 🔸 On the one hand, I teach and coach individuals on how to manage a business — whether their own or the one they work for. 🔸 And on the other, I help organizations reach their business goals by adopting flexible management models (based on Agile, Lean, Teal, Self-Management, Humanocracy, and more) that foster employee engagement. Engagement drives performance. For businesses to thrive, people must thrive first — from the founders and business owners to the employees at every level, everyone must genuinely enjoy what they do and be fulfilled. And just imagine what a world we can create if everyone loves their job: a place where passion fuels progress and successful businesses shape vibrant communities.
My Approach
It all starts with purpose. A company’s biggest strength is in WHY it exists. By putting things in order and in perspective, I help individuals and businesses align all of their activities toward achieving their true purpose. My approach is based on four pillars:
Purpose & Values
What we do is who we are. Revolving the organization around what it stands for, what change it wants to bring to this world, and why all of it matters.
Continuous Improvement
There is no end stop on the road to getting better. Equipping all strategies for the long game, and turning this into a competitive advantage.
System Thinking
It is not just about patching things up for the next process audit; it is about long-term success. Looking holistically to establish sustainability and continuous improvement of the whole system.
Evolution vs. Revolution
Taking incremental steps that enable inspecting and adapting, as opposed to using the Big Bang approach. The goal is to have maximum results with minimum disruption to the business.
